A private, one-on-one meeting with the mediator before mediation to share the history, context and your perspectives on the dispute.

$300 +GST per party

1/2 Day Mediation
up to 4 hours

Suitable for straightforward disputes, it offers a forum to identify key issues and explore practical solutions.

$800 +GST per party

Full Day Mediation
up to 8 hours

Designed for complex disputes, allowing time for in-depth analysis, discussion and negotiation before resolution.

We Will Come to You

We travel interstate and to regional/remote Queensland, New South Wales and Northern Territory to conduct in person mediation.

Our mediation pricing applies (see above) and we can confirm travel and accommodation costs at the time of booking.

Whats Included

We demystify mediation by explaining it in plain language and preparing you for what actually happens in the room. We cover what mediation is (and what it's not), who will attend and their respective roles, how a session typically runs, what will be expected of you and how decisions are made and documented. We also help develop realistic expectations, communicate effectively under pressure, recognise strong emotions and power imbalances, and prepare both practically and emotionally.

This is NOT legal advice. This is practical coaching and preparation, delivered by accredited mediators who understand the mediation and legal framework, and the human realities of conflict.

Mediation Coaching Pricing

Our Mediation Coaching service is delivered as a comprehensive, all-inclusive package.

It includes professional preparation before your appointment, reviewing relevant material and tailoring the approach, followed by a personalised two-hour coaching session.

By integrating preparation and delivery, we ensure your time is focused and purposeful, building confidence, clarity and greater awareness.

Before we meet, we prepare carefully to ensure the session is purposeful and tailored to your needs. This includes reviewing relevant background information and documents, considering the context of your situation, and identifying the key issues likely to arise. We ask for your input, thoughts, background and context. That preparation allows us to structure the coaching session to meet your needs.

Coaching Session

Two Hours

$1,750 + GST

You will participate in a personalised one-on-one session with one of our accredited mediators in a supportive and confidential environment. The session is tailored to your circumstances and can be conducted in person or online, individually or jointly, where appropriate. The emphasis is on building understanding, awareness and confidence so you feel informed and prepared, without the pressure or expectation of a particular outcome.
